The North Africa Copernicus Academy, structured as a civil society organization, is an initiative of SUPTECH University and university researchers supported by civil society organizations (ADRI, GDAAA, QAAS). It aims to strengthen collaboration between academic institutions, researchers, and entrepreneurs in the North African region as part of the European space strategy and the Copernicus program.
Create advanced analytical tools, image processing algorithms, machine learning models, and interactive visualization platforms to extract meaningful information from Copernicus data.
Build interactive platforms with 3D visualizations, dynamic graphics, and user-friendly interfaces for exploring Earth observation data.
Develop targeted applications for agriculture, water resource management, coastal zone monitoring, and other critical sectors.
Facilitate connections between research institutions, economic operators, and service providers. Encourage collaboration through conferences, training, internships, and educational materials.
Foster collaboration between educational institutions and businesses. Encourage innovation to reach the market and benefit citizens and our planet's future.

Educate on using Copernicus data to monitor environmental changes, air quality, water resources, and natural disasters. Encourage research for sustainable development.
The academy creates platforms where members can share discoveries, research, and experiences through online forums, conferences, workshops, and seminars. Participants learn from each other, discuss latest advances, and collaborate on joint projects.
Organize networking events where researchers and professionals meet, exchange ideas, and establish collaborations. Encourages partnerships between universities, businesses, and space agencies to maximize Copernicus data usage.
